...it's time to get a new proof reader!  Hard to believe that this is the front page of one of the biggest English language newspapers here.  What the?

    What does the article say? If the article talks about how VinaCapital has decided to *not* put money into condos and offices, then the grammar of the headline is perfectly correct, from a headline perspective. Dropping words like 'it' in headlines is common practice.

  2. There was much discussion and even a Vietnamese Translator says it made no sense. Even if they had left out "now" shouldn't they have to say condos and offices? Having a comma between the two infers there is another thing they shun.
