We Joined the Circus!

We decided to run the gauntlet tonight and take the kids out past their bed time. They usually hit the hay at 7ish and that is the time we went out to join the circus! It was put on by the Australian Consulate here in HCMC and was a joint venture with the Vietnamese. We were lucky enough to be given VIP tickets (read: front row with a fan!). The kids were great although knackered when we got home. They especially loved the "ballerina ladies" who were the contortionist girls. Scarlett was adorable. Every time someone or the audience clapped she was clapping away like mad. Can't wait until I can take her to all of the "proper" shows that bore Nick witless! All in all a successful night.
